Graham S. Hauck
President and CEO
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Graham is the Executive Director of DFK International / USA (DFK/USA); Administrator of the International Society for the Study of Fatty Acids and Lipids (ISSFAL); Executive Director of the National Council on International Trade Development (NCITD); as well as Senior Director of the World Council of Enterostomal Therapists (WCET).
Graham has served as Head of the Firm since 2011, and has been working in association management generally since birth - full time for over 20 years. He has traveled throughout the world managing meetings and conferences and is well versed in the nuances of international association management. Highlights of his 2016 client calendar were 2 Congresses in South Africa (Cape Town in March and Stellenbosch in September) and an annual meeting Hanoi. One of his favorite client events was organizing a 500 person gala dinner with a 17th-century menu at the Vasa Museum in Stockholm. His favorite conference venue is the Munchenbryggeriet, also in Stockholm.
When not on client business, he enjoys travelling with his family, wine, sailing and golf. He is married with 3 children.
Graham is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
David A. Saunders
Senior Vice President
David Saunders, Senior Vice President, has served as the chief staff officer of several Hauck clients since 1994. He is the Executive Director of the International Oxygen Manufacturers Association since 2000, the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators since 2004, and the National Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel since 2006.
Prior to his career in association management, he worked 10 years as an engineer for Texas Instruments in Dallas. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and an MBA from the University of Dallas.
In his spare time, he enjoys time outdoors with his wife and dogs, traveling to and hiking in remote destinations, golfing, and home repair and renovations.
Brian J. Mandrier
Senior Vice President
Brian Mandrier, Senior Vice President, serves as Executive Director of the Association of Cancer Executives, California Redwood Association, National Association of Professional Organizers - SFBA Chapter and co-creator and lead planner of the International Museum Construction Congress and International Oncology Leadership Conference.
He has been with Hauck & Associates since 2001, serving as a senior meeting planner or chief staff officer to a number of associations. Brian is a recent awardee of the “Forty under 40” ones to watch in association management by USAE. He is the Managing Director of the Hauck & Associates Bay Area office located in Healdsburg, California. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania
When he is not planning the next conference he is exploring wine country with his wife and daughter, bike-riding, skiing or planning the next family trip.
SENIOR Account Executive
Erika has been with Hauck & Associates in Washington, DC since 2005. As a Senior Association Executive at Hauck she is currently serving as the Associate Executive Director for the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators and Director of Member Services for the International Oxygen Manufacturers Association.
Erika has a Bachelors of Science degree from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives. Erika resides in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband, 2 boys and an energetic hound named Emmit.
Senior Association Manager
Jen is a Senior Association Manger and began working with Hauck & Associates in October 2008. She currently serves as Director of Meetings & Operations for the National Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel, Director of Administration for the World Council of Enterostomal Therapists and Registration Manager for Western Museums Association. She also assists her colleagues with conference and congress support when needed.
Jen is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Communications. She resides outside of Washington, DC in Arlington, VA with her husband and dog Miles. In her free time, Jen enjoys long distance cycling, running and traveling the world.
Molly currently serves as a Senior Associate of Hauck & Associates, Inc. She also serves as the Administrator and Membership Coordinator for DFK/USA, the International Council of Museums-US National Committee (ICOM-US), the International Society of the Study of Fatty Acids and Lipids (ISSFAL), NIHD, and the National Council on International Trade Development (NCITD).
Molly has been with Hauck & Associates since January 2013 serving as an admin, membership coordinator and meeting planner for multiple clients in a variety of industries. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a major in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management (Hospitality) and a minor in Labor and Employment Relations. She is also an active member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA, Washington, DC Chapter) and working towards receiving her Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) certification.
Molly grew up in central New Jersey with her family and moved to Washington, DC after college when she started at Hauck & Associates, Inc. She played for the club softball team at Penn State and still enjoys playing competitive and intramural sports as often as she can; she met her boyfriend playing DC Kickball. Molly and her boyfriend love to travel and explore, enjoying as many new experiences as possible around the world…including their guilty pleasure for great wine and food.
