Graham S. Hauck
President and CEO
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Graham has served and continues to serve as Executive or Senior Director of several global membership organizations.
Graham has been working in association management generally since birth and full time for over 20 years. Since 2011, he has served as head of the firm. Graham has traveled throughout the world managing meetings and conferences and is well versed in the nuances of international association management. One of the highlights of his client experiences was the management of 2 international Congresses in South Africa in the same year (Cape Town in March and Stellenbosch in September). One of his favorite client events was organizing a 500 person gala dinner with a 17th-century menu at the Vasa Museum in Stockholm.
When not on client business, he enjoys travelling with his family, wine, sailing and golf. He is married with 3 children.
Graham is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the European Society of Association Executives (ESAE).
Brian J. Mandrier
Senior Vice President
Brian Mandrier, Senior Vice President, has been working in association management field since 2001. He is the Executive Director of the Association of Cancer Executives and Destination Manager for American Institute of Architects Committee on Design International Conference.
He is also the co-creator and managing director of the International Museum Construction Congress (IMCC) and International Oncology (IOLC) which are held annually in Europe and Asia.
Brian is the Managing Director of the Hauck & Associates Bay Area office located in Healdsburg, California. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a recent awardee of the “Forty under 40” ones to watch in association management by USAE.
When he is not planning the next conference, Brian enjoys exploring Sonoma wine country, cycling and planning the next family trip. He is married with a daughter.
Erika has been with Hauck & Associates in Washington, DC since 2005. As a Vice President at Hauck, Erika currently serves as the Executive Director for the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators and Executive Director for the National Association of Consumer Credit Administrators. In addition, Erika has over 10 years of meeting planning expertise, a majority of which has been international in nature. Highlights of Erika’s career have been as the lead meeting planner for events in Dubai, Kyoto, Prague, Rome and Vienna among other locations.
Erika has a Bachelors of Science degree from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives. Erika resides in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband, 2 boys and an energetic hound named Emmit.
Jen is an Association Executive and began working with Hauck & Associates in October 2008. She currently serves as Director of Meetings for International Society for the Study of Fatty Acids and Lipids (ISSFAL), Director of Administration & Congresses for the World Council of Enterostomal Therapists (WCET), and Registration Manager for Western Museums Association. She also assists her colleagues with conference and congress support when needed.
Jen is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Communications. She resides outside of Washington, DC in Arlington, VA with her husband and dog Miles. In her free time, Jen enjoys long distance cycling, running and traveling the world.
Senior association manager
Molly currently serves as a Senior Association Manager of Hauck & Associates, Inc. She also serves as the Executive Director for the International Council of Museums - US National Committee (ICOM-US) and Director of Administration for the National Council on International Trade Development (NCITD).
Molly has been with Hauck & Associates since January 2013 serving as an admin, membership coordinator and meeting planner for multiple clients in a variety of industries. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a major in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management (Hospitality) and a minor in Labor and Employment Relations. She is also an active member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA, Washington, DC Chapter) and working towards receiving her Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) certification.
Molly grew up in central New Jersey with her family and moved to Washington, DC after college when she started at Hauck & Associates, Inc. She played for the club softball team at Penn State and still enjoys playing competitive and intramural sports as often as she can. Molly loves to travel and explore, enjoying as many new experiences as possible around the world…including her guilty pleasure for great wine and food.
ASSOCIATE, Marketing and Social Media
Morgan currently serves as an Associate at Hauck & Associates, Inc. She also serves as the Manager of Marketing and Social Media for all Hauck clients, working directly with leadership or committees to ensure proper messaging and posts; Assistant Membership Coordinator for the International Council of Museums - US National Committee (ICOM-US), the International Society of the Study of Fatty Acids and Lipids (ISSFAL), and the National Council on International Trade Development (NCITD).
Morgan has been with Hauck & Associates since 2018. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University and is a member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA, Washington, DC Chapter) and working towards receiving her Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) certification.
Morgan grew up in Maryland.
